HCA Distributing Return & Exchange Policy 1. All returns require prior approval before they will be accepted. Anything shipped to HCA without prior approval will be refused. 2. Products approved for return or exchange must be returned complete with original parts and manuals along with the original box/packaging and accompany a sales receipt. Products brought back in less than stellar condition, without the sales receipt, and without original packaging will NOT be accepted. 3. Returns will be credited at the price paid on the invoice or current selling price, whichever is lower, less the re-stock fee. In store merchandise credit will be given for authorized returns. 4. Defective products are eligible for return only within the guidelines of each manufacturer. 5. Most TV’s/Monitors/Projectors require in-field service repairs as per the manufacturer’s warranty. Returns for TV’s/Monitors or projectors will only be accepted with prior approval from the factory. 6. Factory sealed product in re-sellable condition may be returned at the discretion of HCA Distributing. Non-defective opened products will not be considered for return. Factory sealed re-sellable products authorized for return will be credited at the price paid on the invoice or current selling price, whichever is lower, less re-stock fee. 7. Special orders are non-refundable or exchangeable. Make sure you are ordering the correct item; HCA is not responsible for dealer errors. 8. All Closeout Items are sold on a cash and carry, ‘all sales final’ basis.
Ordering/Shipping 1. Sale Terms: a. HCA is wholesale only. HCA is a wholesale distributor on our website and in our Denver, Colorado showroom. b. A valid copy of a Sales Tax Resale Certificate and business license must be provided with and be on file with the Dealer Application before an order can be processed. c. Online Accounts will be issued to the individual named on the Dealer Application. One username and password will be issued per Dealer. 2. Payment Terms: a. Dealers Payment terms are: Cash, Company Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Transamerica and COD is a finance option available to qualified, preapproved dealers. No shipments or orders will be made or taken from past due accounts. b. Return Checks and (credit card company initiated) reversed credit card transactions will incur a fee of $20.00 per incidence. c. HCA Distributing reserves the right to pursue legal action on all delinquent accounts. Dealer agrees to pay all attorney fees and legal costs associated with and/or incurred by collecting money owed by the Dealer, including post-judgment costs of collection.
3. Shipping Terms: a. HCA will pay UPS Ground Shipping on any order within the continental US, on orders totaling $350.00 or more* b. Orders placed through the website totaling $100.00 or more will also qualify for the free UPS Ground Shipping. c. Free shipping excludes any COD, or special order charges. d. Free Shipping Excludes Projection screens, Televisions larger than 32”, bulk wire and cable, wood or metal furniture, structured media cans and home theater/speaker packages which are oversized do not qualify for free shipping. e. Expedited shipping requests will be charged as the difference between the cost of UPS ground and expedited. f. Orders will be shipped FOB Denver, Colorado. Shipping charges will be prepaid, added and/or left off the invoice, in accordance to the freight policy. g. Most orders will ship via UPS Ground. Though UPS Next Day, Two Day, Three Day, and C.O.D. are available for additional charges. UPS shippable orders received by 2:30 p.m. Mountain Time will ship the same day. You may also pick-up your order at our warehouse: 2650 W 2nd Avenue, #15 Denver CO 80219. Normal business hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time. h. Orders that must be shipped via truck will be shipped via a carrier selected by HCA. Additional charges will be incurred for truck orders shipping to residential address or address without dock high receiving. i. HCA will not drop-ship from a manufacturer direct to a dealer. Nor will HCA ship or take payment directly from a Dealer’s customer.

By placing an order the Dealer is accepting HCA’s most current terms and conditions of sale. These terms and conditions are at the discretion of HCA and can be amended without prior notification. 4. Shipping, billing, and/or pricing errors must be reported to HCA within 7 days of receiving a shipment or picking up an order. 5. Product Warranties are covered under the individual manufacturer’s stated warranties. Please refer to the enclosed owner’s manuals and warranty cards for the applicable warranty policy.
